Reporting to the Manager - Aquatic Services, you'll take the lead in managing a dedicated team of lifeguards to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our aquatic facility.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Pools Operations Manager to join our leadership team at the Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre (WRAC).

This is a busy role with loads of opportunities to grow and develop. Our lifeguard team is on a mission to be the best. If you strongly rate your lifeguarding skills, enjoy leading teams by example, and thrive in a busy environment then we’d like to hear from you!

We are seeking two new trustees to join the Hillary Outdoors Board as part of our ongoing board rotation and succession planning. We currently have eight trustees with diverse backgrounds and experiences across Aotearoa and are now looking to add further expertise and energy as we develop and implement our long-term strategy.
